Rental Rates
- A refundable security deposit equal to the rental fee is required to book all rentals (minimum $500).
- Reservation must include set-up and clean-up time.
- A maximum of 2 hours can be added to a half-day rental at the hourly rate, but events must end by 10 pm, and 10 – 11 pm can only be reserved for clean-up.
- Recurring rentals (such as classes) may qualify for a reduced rate.

*Sunday mornings are not available for rent as the Community House is used by a church congregation until 1 pm.
**For parties ending after 4pm Saturday or taking place in the evening, the rate is the same as a half-day rental.
Reservations & Inquiries
To make a reservation, email lvchrent@gmail.com with the information below. We do not take reservations over the phone.
Information needed:
– Full name, phone number, email, and mailing address (to return security deposit)
– Lyon Village resident or non-resident (click here for a map showing the boundaries of Lyon Village)
– Event type (wedding, birthday party, meeting, etc.)
– Date and start and end time, including set-up/clean-up time
– Approximate number of people expected
We will send you a rental agreement to sign online with payment instructions. The rental fee and security deposit are due within 2 weeks of signing the rental agreement (or at least 3 days before your event, for last-minute bookings). Reservations are confirmed once we have received the signed rental agreement and both the rental fee and security deposit.
