No. Your reservation must include the time you need to set up for your event and clean up afterwards. If you will need additional time beyond the standard half-day or full-day rental period, you can request it at the hourly rate when making your reservation. Because the LVCH is in a residential area, events must end by 10 pm and clean-up by 11 pm.
How much time should I allow to set up and clean up?
If you are using the tables and chairs, decorating, and serving food, plan on an hour to set up and an hour to clean up. If your event also involves professional catering, setting up A/V equipment, or bringing in additional rental tables/chairs, at least 2 hours of set up time is recommended.
Is there a reduced rate for booking multiple dates at the LVCH?
Yes. Recurring rentals such as weekly classes or monthly meetings may qualify for a reduced hourly rate.
Please bring your own cleaning supplies (all-purpose cleaner, glass cleaner, stainless steel cleaner, paper towels, sponge). If you are serving food, you will need to bring your own table linens, cooking and serving utensils, dishes/cups/cutlery, napkins, etc. We only provide tables and chairs.
